Cancelation and Returns
We know that things come up, and there are a wide variety of reasons that you may need to cancel your order or return your Travall accessory. We want to make process as stress-free as possible for you.
Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped from our warehouse. Please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email through our contact page. (Keep in mind our customer service team is located in Derbyshire, England and we’ll contact you back as soon as possible within UK business hours.)
If you are too late to cancel your order and it is already in transit we can attempt to halt delivery with the courier. Please be aware that in this case you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and the returning of your order to us.
Please send us an email through our contact page, then reject delivery of the parcel when it arrives. Some couriers will charge a return fee, which will be deducted from your credit.
No Quibble Returns
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Travall accessory you may return it within 28 days of the delivery date of your order for a hassle-free refund of the product’s payment price. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your intent to return. Refunds on returns do not include shipping costs. Your accessories must be in like-new condition, with all parts and original packaging. Travall will pay for the shipping of any outbound replacement accessories in the event of a defective product.

To return your order (or part of it) because of damage during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the accessory is faulty, missing parts or if there are any manufacturers defects, please let us know within 7 days.
For claims on products damaged in transit, it’s best for them to be signed for as “damaged” at the time of delivery. This only applies to products ordered directly through Travall - if purchased through another seller, please contact them to arrange your return.

Please be sure to send your items back with a courier who provides tracking. Travall cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost during return shipping.
Exchanges will be handled as two separate transactions. For any item you want to return please follow our return instructions above. You will then need to place a new order for the item/s you would like instead here on Travall.com. New orders will have normal shipping rates.
