At Travall we understand there are reasons you may need to cancel your order or return your Travall accessory. We want to make this process as stress-free as possible for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid item/s being shipped.
Any order can easily be canceled and refunded before items have been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, but not yet received, we will attempt to halt delivery with our courier and arrange the return to our warehouse. *
If the item is shipped and arrives to your door, reject delivery of the parcel when it arrives. Some couriers will charge a return fee, which will be deducted from your credit.
*Please be aware that in this case, you will be responsible for costs incurred as a result of return / rejected delivery. We never charge more than the amount charged by our courier service for this, so there are no hidden fees.
To return your order (or part of it) because of damage during shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery. It is best for them to be signed for as “damaged” at the time of delivery. You will be refunded in full. You can choose from either a replacement free of charge (including shipping costs) or a full refund including any shipping costs.
If the accessory is faulty, missing parts or if there are any manufacturers defects, please let us know within 14 days. We will send you a new product or replacement parts.
If you’ve simply changed your mind or selected the wrong vehicle, don’t worry. You can return any unused product and simply need to pay for the return shipping. We can help you correctly identify the appropriate product for your vehicle if needed

Please be sure to send your items back with a courier who provides tracking. Travall cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost during return shipping.
