Cancelation and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched the goods to you, you can notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to return your order (or part of it) because of damage in transit, please contact us within 7 days to advise of courier damage. For claims on products damaged in transit you should, if at all possible, sign for as damaged at the time of delivery. The product needs to be supplied directly by Travall - if purchased through another seller, you must contact the seller to arrange the return).
If you wish to return a product due to faulty, missing parts or manufacturing defects, please contact us by email at email@example.com. You can return faulty goods you have ordered and received directly from Travall at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a refund.
If you wish to make a return and the product has been dispatched but not yet been delivered, this is possible so long as the product is unopened and is not removed from protective packaging. Please be aware that in this instance you will be liable for the cost of shipping and returning goods to us.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, then reject delivery of the parcel when it arrives. Some couriers will charge a return fee, which will be deducted from your credit.
